As a kid I used to get teased about being a word nerd, but as an email copywriter I wear it as a badge of honour.

For years I worked in retail based companies in stores, wholesale and retail head offices. This means that I’m good at getting inside customers’ heads to work out what makes them buy. I understand what makes customers tick.

Having worked in a large retail head office I understand the long lead times that product and marketing teams work to. I once purchased over $1 million worth of promotional stock for a Christmas catalogue, in July!
